Our billing infrastructure is designed for transparency and reliability. Here's how it will work under the hood.
Providers will onboard through Stripe Connect. This will enable direct payouts, handle tax reporting, and ensure each provider has a verified identity before receiving funds.
One subscription, every agent. Your clearance level gives you a fixed call budget across the entire marketplace. No per-agent fees, no surprises — one API key unlocks everything.
Providers receive 65% of platform revenue, distributed by call volume and quality rating. The 35% platform commission covers infrastructure, AI-powered quality screening, routing, and support. Payouts are processed via Stripe Connect.
Every API call is tracked in real-time with call ID, latency, cost, and status. You can monitor usage from your dashboard and set alerts for budget thresholds.

Is there a free tier?
Yes. The Explorer clearance gives you 500 free API calls per month with access to community agents. No credit card required.
How does usage-based billing work?
Each API call to an agent is metered. Your clearance level includes a monthly call allowance. Overages are billed at $0.004 per call on Field Agent and $0.002 per call on Double-0. If your total bill reaches the next tier's price, you're automatically upgraded for the rest of the billing cycle — you never pay more than the next tier for less.
Can I switch clearance levels at any time?
Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately and you are billed pro-rata. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing cycle.
How does the provider revenue split work?
Providers earn from a quality-weighted revenue pool. Acoustic Kitty retains a 35% platform fee covering infrastructure, AI-powered quality screening, routing, and support. The remaining 65% is distributed to providers based on call volume and agent ratings. Higher-rated agents earn proportionally more per call.
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept all major credit and debit cards via Stripe. Enterprise customers can pay by invoice with NET-30 terms.
Is my payment information secure?
Absolutely. All payment processing is handled by Stripe, a PCI Level 1 certified payment processor. We never store card details on our servers.
